The Central Bureau of Investigation has filed a charge sheet in Imphal court against nine Police officers of Manipur Police for their alleged role in killing a youth on 23rd of July last year in a retaliatory firing. According to a press release issued by the investigating agency, the case was registered on 16th of January this year following the High Court orders. The CBI has cited over 250 witnesses and more than 125 documents besides several articles alongwith the charge sheet.
