The Central Bureau of Investigation, CBI), has filed a charge sheet against Rajya Sabha member Anil Kumar Sahani and three others in connection with the LTC scam. Agency sources said, the charge sheet was filed before the Special Judge, Patiala House Courts in New Delhi . <br/><br/>The investigating agency had registered a case against the MP, an employee of a Air travel company and other unknown public servants of Air India on the allegation of claiming reimbursement on the basis of forged air tickets. Sources said, during investigation, it was found that the MP in conspiracy with other persons defrauded the Rajya Sabha to the tune of over 23 lakh rupees as reimbursement without undertaking the actual journey.
