Andhra Pradesh Home Minister Sabita Indra Reddy has been named in the disproportionate assets case against Kadapa Lok Sabha member Jaganmohan Reddy.

The Central Bureau of Investigation on Monday filed the fifth charge sheet in the CBI special court in Hyderabad in the assets case against the YSR Congress President.

Among 13 accused, the investigating agency included the Home Minister as fourth (4th) accused. Mrs Reddy was Mines Minister in the Rajasekhara Reddy’s cabinet. The 62- page Charge Sheet consists of details of 46 witnesses and 53 documents.
