The CBI has filed two separate chargesheet against three accused for murdering UP Chief Medical Officers, CMOs VK Arya and BP Singh after they started probing NRHM irregularities. In its charge sheets filed before the special judicial magistrate in Lucknow yesterday, the agency alleged that shooters Anand Prakash Tiwari and Vinod Sharma murdered the then CMOs. The CBI also named one Ram Krishna Verma, who had allegedly hired them to murder the CMOs. In a statement, a CBI spokesperson said that the investigating agency also named the then deputy CMO YS Sachan in the conspiracy. Dr Sachan was found dead in Lucknow jail.
