New CBI director Ranjit Sinha, today said that upgradation of forensic labortories and more manpower for the investigation agency will be his priorities.

Speaking to media in New Delhi after he took over as the 25th director, Mr Sinha said CBI's motto of integrity and impartiality will be upheld at any costs.
