<span style="color: #222222;">                                    </span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">CBI Director Alok Kumar Verma on Monday filed in the Supreme Court his response on findings of the Central Vigilance Commission's (CVC) preliminary probe report on corruption charges against him in a sealed cover. </span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">The apex court had earlier in the day asked Verma to file his response as quickly as possible and made it clear that it will not adjourn the scheduled hearing tomorrow after his lawyer sought more time.</span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">The apex court, on the 16th of this month had asked Verma to file his response in a sealed cover to the preliminary probe report of the CVC on corruption charges against the CBI Director by 1 pm today. </span><br />
