CBI on Wednesday detained a joint commissioner and an inspector of the Income Tax department in New Delhi in an alleged corruption case.CBI sources said Arun Gurjar, a 1999 batch Indian Revenue Service officer, and Baljit Singh, inspector, were detained following a complaint from a grain merchant. Mr. Singh was apprehended while accepting a bribe of 2 lakh rupees from the complainant at the office of Gurjar.
