In Kerala, the CBI Special Court in Kochi on Friday sentenced two sisters to three years imprisonment in connection with the leakage of the SSLC question paper in 2005. The court also imposed a fine of 30,000 rupees each on them.

AIR correspondent reports that the prosecution case was that the sisters colluded with an employee of a private printing press in Chennai to steal the question papers to help the child of one of the sisters, who was to appear in the 2005 SSLC examination.
