The CBI court in Ghaziabad on Tuesday issued summon to ten judges who were then posted as Either district judge or Additional District judges in Ghaziabad in connection with multi crore Provident Fund scam case. The CBI Court called these judges to appear before court on 13th of January. These judges were posted in Ghaziabad between 1999-2008. Earlier, Supreme Court had rejected the request made by CBI to transfer the cases from Ghaziabad to Delhi. About seven cores rupees crore were fraudulently withdrawn from the provident fund of class IV employees in the infamous PF scam in Ghaziabad between 2000-2008.
