In Uttar Pradesh Special CBI court at Ghaziabad has fixed 22nd of this month for further hearing into the case against former Chief Secretary Neera Yadav for illegal land allotment at NOIDA. Two witnesses were appeared before Special CBI judge A K Singh in the case related to wrongful allotment of a land plot by Ms. Yadav during her tenure as NOIDA chief. The CBI produced two employees of New Okhla Development Authority in the case. They were examined by the defense. It was alleged that she had allotted the land plot to IAS officer Rajiv Kumar, who was deputy to her at the authority.
