CBI today charge sheeted thirteen persons in the Shopian case for fabricating facts and creating turmoil over the killing of two women Neelofar and Asia. Filing its report before the J&K High Court, the investigating agency concluded that the two women were not raped. The agency submitted statement of witnesses and forensic examination of the bodies of the victims in the report and charged thirteen persons including six doctors, five lawyers and two witnesses sparked the agitation across the Kashmir Valley. The agency has said that the two women died due to drowning. However, the local action committee of Shopian Majlis-e-Mashawrat has rejected the CBI report.<br/>
