CBI bust international racket involving illegal trafficking of tiger & leopard skins

<br/>Central Bureau of Investigation, CBI has busted a racket of international illegal trafficking of wild life specially the Tiger and Leopard skins from the poachers located in different parts of the country. These were meant for smuggling to neighboring countries through traditional routes. Seven accused in the scam have been arrested from Nagpur and Delhi .Last week the CBI team raided a general coach of Yashwantpur- Hazarat Nizamuddin, Sampark Kranti Express near Nagpur Railway Station and recovered two Tiger skins, 38.4 Kgs of Tiger bones, and other part parts. The costs of a Tiger skin fetches 10 lakh rupees and its bones 80,000 rupees per kilogram in the international market.<br/>
