CBI asks Lalu Yadav and his son Tejashwi to appear for questioning on October 5 and 6 in IRCTC hotels scam

The CBI today asked RJD leader Lalu Prasad Yadav and his son Tejashwi Yadav to appear before it for questioning on 5th and 6th of this month in an alleged corruption case after both leaders expressed their inability to appear on given dates. Sources said Yadav and Tejashwi were earlier called on 4th and 5th of this month.<br/><br/>In July this year, the CBI had registered a case in connection with irregularities in awarding the tender for maintenance of IRCTC hotels in Ranchi and Puri against the RJD Chief. CBI has also made Tejashwi an accused in the FIR pertaining to alleged corruption in the deal.
