Special Investigation Team of the Central Bureau Investigation today arrested three persons including sitting Biju Janata Dal Lok Sabha MP Ramchandra Hansda in connection with Nabadiganta group chit fund scam in Odisha.

CBI sources said, the other arrested persons are former BJD MLA Subarna Naik and former BJP MLA Hitesh Bagarti.

The premier investigating agency has arrested them on the allegation of criminal conspiracy, cheating and diversion of funds.
