The CBI has arrested a Deputy Commissioner of Income Tax department in Mumbai in an alleged bribery case of Three Crore rupees.<br/><br/>Two other persons have also been arrested in the case by the agency. Searches are going on in the case by IT sleuths.<br/><br/>Sources in the agency identified the arrested officer as Jaipal Swamy.
