<span style="color: #222222;">CBI has arrested an Assistant Commissioner, Goods and Service Tax and a private person in an alleged bribery case on Tuesday.</span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">The Agency had registered the case against the accused in the Prevention of Corruption Act. </span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">It was alleged that a survey cum seizure operation had been conducted by GST Department against a private firm based at Karol Bagh, New Delhi. </span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">The accused public servant allegedly sought illegal gratification from the private person in lieu of help in this case. The  CBI caught both the accused while transacting six lakh rupees as illegal gratification. </span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">The Agency also conducted searches at various locations in Delhi and its adjoining areas wherein incriminating documents and cash were recovered.</span><br />''
