In Bhopal, the former Madhya Pradesh Revenue Minister Kamal Patel has been arrested by the CBI for allegedly destroying the evidence related to a murder case in which his son's name figured. <br/><br/>The CBI will produce him in the CBI court at Indore where his bail application will be filed.<br/><br/>On March 21, 2008, Patel's son went to the farmhouse of a Congress leader Rajendra Patel where an altercation took place leaving one Durgesh Jaat dead.<br/>
