The Central Bureau of Investigation has arrested five factory owners in connection with a scam concerning the Bharat Coking Coal Limited (BCCL). The CBI anti-corruption wing had earlier discovered a Syndicate of Coal traffickers which was causing losses to the tune of 24 crore rupees to the BCCL. AIR Ranchi correspondent reports, the CBI has filed an FIR against Coal Traders and retired BCCL General Manager Udyan Bhattacharya and present GM Sales B.P. Singh. <br/>
