Central Bureau of Investigation CBI has arrested Abhishek Boinpally in an ongoing investigation of a case related to alleged irregularities in the implementation of the Delhi excise policy. Last month, the CBI had arrested Delhi Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia's aide and Communications Chief of Aam Aadmi Party, Vijay Nair in this case.  <br />''<br />''Mr. Vijay Nair is one of 15 persons, including Mr Sisodia, named in the FIR. Our correspondent reports, the CBI has alleged that irregularities were committed while modifying the Excise Policy and undue favours were extended to licence holders and licence fee was waived or reduced. <br />
