CBI says 2-G is one of the biggest scams not because of the figures but the complications involved and monitoring by the supreme court. The out going CBI chief A P Singh said in New Delhi that the investigation agency was not able to arrive at any loss figures in the 2-G spectrum scam. He proposed a collegium comprising Prime Minister, Chief Justice of India and leader of the opposition for selection of CBI Director. Mr. Singh expressed hope that investigation in YSR Chief Jagan Mohan Reddy's case will be completed within three months.
