Central Board of Direct Taxes, CBDT has extended the due date for deposit of tax deducted at source and tax collected at source during the month of November 2015 from 7th of this month to 20th of this month for Tamil Nadu. The decision has been taken due to flood situation in the state. An official release said given the extent of disruption, it was considered expedient in public interest to extend the due date to provide relief to the deductors located in the state.
