The Nigerian government says it is willing to offer refuge to Laurent Gbagbo, who is refusing to stand down as President of Ivory Coast. Nigeria's Minister of State for Foreign Affairs said his country would do anything to promote a peaceful solution to the crisis in Ivory Coast.
