Roadside bomb kills13 civilians in Afghanistan

The authorities in Afghanistan say that a roadside bomb in the east of the country has killed at least 13 civilians. The Interior Ministry said that a motorized rickshaw was traveling in Paktika province near the border with Pakistan when it struck the bomb. Women and children are among the victims.
