European Energy Companies sign under-sea pipeline deal with Russia

Three major European Energy Companies have signed a deal with Russia to build another under-sea pipeline to bypass Ukraine and take Russian natural gas directly to Europe. It will transport the gas under the Black sea to the Balkans, Austria and Italy.
