First win in Punjab goes to Cong

The first result from Punjab has gone in favour of Congress. According to PTI, the party candidate Jeet Mohinder Singh Sidhu won Talwandi Sabo seat by defeating his nearest rival Amarjeet Singh Sidhu of SAD by a margin of 8524 votes.
