Rupee depreciates against US dollar

The rupee on Tuesday depreciated by 4 paise to 46.69 a US dollar in the opening trade. The rupee had ended 22 paise higher at 46.65/66 against the US dollar in previous trading. Dealers said strengthening of dollars against other Asian currencies impacted rupee sentiments.
