SBI quarterly net profit falls by 32%

State Bank of India's net profit for the January-March quarter has fallen by 32 per cent. SBI Chairman O P Bhatt said the Bank ended with a profit of 1,867 crores. He said the decline in profit is due to a host of reasons including higher provisioning for non-performing assets.

Rupee eases by 3 paise against US dollar
