The Common Admission Test – CAT – for admission to prestigious Indian Institute of Management begins today. Over two lakh candidates are expected to appear. The test will be conducted online in about 78 centres across 33 cities in a staggered format and it will end on the 24th November. A total of 204,267 candidates have registered for CAT-2010, with the highest number of registration in Maharashtra where 30,296 candidates have registered for the test.
