The Lok Sabha was today adjourned till noon following uproar by the opposition over the decision of a Group of Ministers to include caste in census at the biometric stage. Members belong to BJP, JD(U), Samajwadi Party, RJD and BSP . NDA Convenor Sharad Yadav, SP chief Mulayam Singh Yadav, BSP member Dara Singh Chauhan and RJD leader Lalu Prasad claimed that the inclusion of caste in census at the biometric stage amounted to befooling the people.The JD(U) leader said that this exercise cannot be completed in 100 years. Several members even trooped into the well of the house despite repeated requests from the Speaker, Mrs. Meira Kumar that the matter can be taken up after question hour. As the noisy scenes continued, the Speaker adjourned the house till 12 '0' clock.
