Cashless transactions will help in curbing corruption in country: Col. Rathore

Minister of state for Information and Broadcasting, Col Rajyavardhan Singh Rathore has said that ?cashless transactions will help in curbing corruption in the country. <br/><br/>Addressing people in Varanasi today, Rathore said that direct transfer of government subsidies in beneficiaries accounts is one such example where middlemen have been done away with. Applauding the demonetisation move of the centre he appealed to the people to go for cashless transactions as it will make life easy for them apart from bringing transparency in the system. <br/><br/>Mr Rathore today visited Jayapur and Nageypur villages which have been adopted under 'Sansad Adarsh Gram Yojna' under PM's constituency Varanasi. In both the villages, Rathore distributed gas connections to the poor women under Ujjawala Yojna besides distributing Solar Charkha and E-rickshaws to the beneficiaries.<br/><br/>AIR correspondent reports that MoS Rathore asked people to opt for self employment with the help of Mudra Yojna and Kaushal Vikas Yojna. On this occasion, micro credit camps were organised by various banking including Punjab National Bank and Bharat Micro Credit where loans were distributed to the youths and entrepreneurs.
