Consumer Affairs Minister Ram Vilas Paswan has said cashless transactions will catch up gradually even though people may find it difficult to adjust at first. <br/><br/>Addressing an event in New Delhi yesterday, he said when mobile phones were introduced initially in the country, people had problems in using them. But now, everyone owns mobile phones. Similarly, cashless transactions will be adopted gradually.
