International Energy Agency, IEA said on Monday that the Carbon-dioxide emissions hit a record high in 2010, dimming the prospects of limiting the global temperature increase to two degrees Celsius. IEA said in a statement that energy-related carbon-dioxide or CO2 emissions in 2010 were the highest in history.
