The Police today said that car found in Ambala with five Kilogram of explosives was heading towards Delhi.

Talking to reporters in New Delhi today Deputy Commissioner of Delhi Police (Special Cell) Arun Kampani said the car was meant for the members of terror outfit Babbar Khalsa International.

He said the Police found 5 kilograms of RDX, two detonators and timers wrapped in plastic bags.

He also said that the consignment was meant to be exchanged at the Ambala Railway Station.

Mr. Kampani said that the Police has averted a major terror incident in the National Capital. He added that further investigations are on.
