CAQM Directs Agencies to Withhold Certificates for Projects with Pending Closure Orders for Dust Pollution

<p style="margin: 0px; text-align: justify;"><span style="color: #202124; font-size: 10pt;">Commission for Air Quality Management (CAQM) in the National Capital Region and Adjoining Areas have directed all designated agencies in the region to not issue Completion Certificate or Occupancy Certificate to any project against which ‘Closure’ direction issued by CAQM is pending.
