Security has been strengthened in the capital ahead of the Republic Day celebration. The Delhi Police has made security arrangements for the full dress rehearsal on Sunday and the Republic Day Parade on 26th.On Sunday, traffic movement from Vijay Chowk to India gate will be restricted from 5 am to 12.30 pm. Air Space over the capital will also remain closed for all flights from 11.15 am to 12.15 pm on 23rd, 24th and 26th.More than 15,000 paramilitary personnel and other state forces will keep a strict vigil in the city besides the Delhi Police Personnel. Barricades have been put at all entry points to keep a watch on all those entering the capital.Patrolling has also been intensified in crowded market places along with strict checking and frisking in Metro, railway stations and bus terminals.
