Candidates chess: Viswanathan Anand draws with Hikaru Nakamura

Five-time world champion Viswanathan Anand played out an easy draw against Anish Giri of Holland in the seventh round of Candidates Chess tournament in Moscow on Saturday. The Indian ace now has four points out of a possible seven at the half way stage. The first half ended with Anand scoring two wins over Veselin Topalov of Bulgaria and Peter Svidler of Russia, one loss against Sergey Karjakin of Russia and four draws. The tournament will decide the challenger for the next world championship match against Norwegian Magnus Carlsen slated to be held in United States of America in November this year.
