Canada is to invest three billion dollars in highways projects in India in the next five years . Road Transport and Highways Minister Kamal Nath said in New Delhi Government plans to build 35,000 km of highways by March 2014. He said Canada has given the assurance of its investment.This follows India raising cap on foreign institutional investors investment by 5 billion dollars.
