In Jharkhand, campaigning is gaining momentum for the third and fourth phase of assembly elections. In the third phase, polling would be held in 17 assembly constituencies spread over eight districts on 12th of this month. Fifteen constituencies in over four districts will go to polls in the fourth phase on the 16th of this month. <br />'' <br />'' AIR correspondent reports, senior BJP leader and Union Minister Rajnath Singh and Smriti Irani held several meetings today. Addressing rally at Jharia in Dhanbad Defence Minister Rajnath Singh said separate Jharkhand state was created by BJP government. He said due to better policies of BJP Jharkhand is now among the top seven developed states of the country. <br />'' <br />'' Union Minister Smriti Irani said in a public meeting at Raj Dhanwar that for the further development of Jharkhand same government in Centre and the State is need of the time. Jharkhand Vikas Morcha chief Babulal Marandi addressed several rallies in different assembly seats. Mr Marandi said his party would provide loan facility for poor students to pursue medical and engineering courses.<br />'' <br />'' Jharkhand Mukti Morcha (JMM) working president Hemant Soren, All Jharkhand Students Union (AJSU) party president Sudesh Mahto, party leaders of Congress, JD(U), RJD and other left parties also addressing public meeting in support of their party candidates. <br />'' <br />'' Star campaigners and senior leaders remained busy throughout the day with hectic election rallies and public meetings. Senior BJP leader and Prime Minister Narendra Modi will address two political rallies in Barahi (????) and Bokaro (??????) tomorrow. Senior Congress leader Rahul Gandhi will also hold two public meetings at Barkagaon (?????????) and BIT Mesra Sports Ground in Ranchi tomorrow.
