In Ladakh, campaigning for the 22nd October General Council election of Ladakh Autonomous Hill Development Council (LAHDC), has gained momentum. All the three parties are campaigning with constitutional safeguards for Ladakh as the main agenda and projecting other several developmental issues. LAHDC election is the first election in the whole being held in covid pandemic. It will go to poll on 22 October.</span><br />
