In Bihar campaigning has been intensified in those areas where the remaining two phases of election are to be held. Fifth phase of election will be held in 35 constituencies on November 9. The sixth and final phase of election will be on November 20 in 26 constituencies. AIR Patna correspondent reports that Dissident JD(U) MP Lalan Singh and RJD MP Uma Shankar Singh are campaigning in favour of Congress candidates.
