Campaigning for final phase of Assembly polls in Jharkhand gains momentum

Campaigning for the fifth and final phase of Jharkhand assembly elections is gaining momentum with leaders of major political parties addressing a number of rallies. 16 seats will witness voting in the naxal hotbed on friday. Congress leaders like Maharashtra Chief Minister Ashok Chavan is in Chatra and Panki, while Haryana Chief Minister will address public rallies at Hussainabad, Barkatta and Daltonganj. JVM Supremo Babulal Marandi will be in Garhwa, Chatarpur and Simaria. Similarly, BJP stalwarts Sushma Swaraj, Rajnath Singh and JDU Chief Sharad yadav are addressing a number of rallies in support of the NDA candidates.RJD Supremo Lalu Prasad and JMM Chief Shibu Soren are also camping in the area.<br/><br/>Meanwhile, voting for the fourth phase of elections yesterday crossed 58 percent, with naxal-affected Bahragora recording 71 percent voting. Counting will take place on 23rd of this month.<br/>
