In Himachal Pradesh, campaigning comes to an end today evening. Political leaders from various political parties are making their last bit to woo voters in their favour as the state goes to polls on Sunday.All 68 constituencies in the state will be voting in a single phase. The results will be declared on December 20th. Sixty companies of central paramilitary forces will be deployed on polling day.

Some of the polling booths are not easy to reach because of the height and non-motorable roads. The Election Commission has, however, made arrangements to make sure that every eligible citizen cast their vote. Besides providing chopper to transport election staff along with voting machines, the Commission is sending the parties in advance to reach the polling booths.
