Campaigning for 91 LS seats spread over 11 States & 3 UTs to conclude this evening

Campaigning for 91 Lok Sabha seats spread over 11 states and 3 Union Territories and 70 assembly seats of Odisha will end this evening.

The States are Chhattisgarh, Haryana, Jammu and Kashmir, Jharkhand, Kerala, Madhya Pradesh, Maharashtra, Odisha, Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, and NCT of Delhi. Besides the Union Territories are Andman and Nicobar islands, Chandigarh and Lakshadweep. Voting in this constituencies will be held on Thursday.

Polling will be held tomorrow, in the second phase of elections, in 6 Lok Sabha seats of North Eastern states and 49 assembly seats of Arunchal Pradesh. Polling for one seat in Mizoram , which was scheduled to be held tomorrow, has been postponed to 11th of this month.

Tomorrow is also the last date of withdrawal of candidature for the 6th phase of polling in 11 states and one Union territory. Meanwhile, filing of nominations is on in 89 Lok Sabha constituencies spread in nine states and Union Territories along with 119 Assembly Constituencies of Andhra Pradesh where elections are scheduled to be conducted in Phase seven.
