Campaigning for the 8th and 9th phases of polling has gained momentum. 105 Lok Sabha seats will go to polls during thes phases. Of these, polling for 64 Lok Sabha seats will take place on 7th May and polling for the other 41 seats in the final phase is on 12th May. The Lok Sabha constituencies going to polls in the 8th phase are 25 in Andhra Pradesh, 15 in Uttar Pradesh, 7 in Bihar, 6 in West Bengal, 5 in Uttarakhand, 4 in Himachal Pradesh and 2 in Jammu and Kashmir. 175 Assembly constituencies located in Seemandhra region of Andhra Pradesh also go to polls on 7th May. In the final phase, the Lok Sabha constituencies going to polls are 18 in Uttar Pradesh, 17 in West Bengal and 6 in Bihar.
