The dust and din kicked up by high pitch campaign ended this evening in 121 Lok Sabha constituencies going to polls in the fifth phase on Thursday. Top leaders of political parties were crisscrossing the constituencies to woo the voters till the last minutes before the deadline to wind up the campaign ended at 5 this evening.
The constituencies spread across 12 States. These include all 28 seats in Karnataka, 20 in Rajasthan, 19 in Maharashtra, 11 each in Uttar Pradesh and Odisha, 10 in Madhya Pradesh, 7 in Bihar, 6 in Jharkhand, 4 in West Bengal, 3 in Chhattisgarh and one each in Jammu and Kashmir and Manipur.
Campaigning for 77 Odisha Assembly seats also ended this evening and voting will be held on Thursday along with the Lok Sabha polls.
