Campaigning ends for Dumariaganj bye – election

The campaigning for bye – election in Dumariaganj assembly seat in Siddarthnagar district Of Uttar Pradesh end this evening .<br/><br/>The election will be held on 3rd June. The election commission has asked the l outsiders to leave the constituency with immediate effect. Meanwhile all district borders have been sealed .<br/><br/>The District Magistrate and returning officer Pragayn Ram Mishra told that strict measures have been taken by the administration taken to ensure free and fair poll .The paramilitary forces ,PAC ,Police and Rapid Action force are being deployed the Dumariaganj constituency.<br/><br/>The seat was vacant due to the death of BSP MLA Taufiq Ahmed.<br/><br/>More than three lakh voters will decide the fate of eleven candidates who are contesting from this assembly constituency.<br/><br/>Among them, the BSP candidate Khatun Taufeeq is also widow of last MLA Taufeeq whose death created the vacancy for this seat. Beside BSP, the other important candidates in the fray are Malik Kamal Yusuf from Samajwadi Party, Ashok Kumar Singh from Congress, and Jippy Tiwari from BJP.
