Campaigning for the fourth phase of Jharkhand Assembly elections came to a close this afternoon, where 233 candidates are trying their luck for 14 seats. Polling will be held on Saturday. Over 24 and half lakh voters will exercise their franchise at about 3450 booths amidst tight security arrangements. Joint Chief Electoral officer A.K.Sinha told AIR in Ranchi that 10 Election observers, 263 micro observers, and sufficient number of video and digital cameras are being deployed to keep a close watch on the poll process. He said, around 160 hyper-sensitive booths were relocated due to security reasons.<br/>
