In Assam , a three-day Public Information Campaign on Bharat Nirman is underway at Bokakhat in Golaghat district. The programme has been organized by the Core Committee of the State Public Information Campaign in coordination with the district administration.On the second day of the campaign on Thursday, a day-long special publicity programme was organized at Kuruwabahi Kristy Vikash Kendra of the district. The day started with a public rally by the Directorate of Field Publicity.The resource persons in the rally mainly focussed on creating awareness on health and hygiene, clean drinking water, proper sanitation, Right to information Act and Integrated Child Development Scheme besides other Centrally-sponsored programmes being implemented in the tea garden-dominated district under the Bharat Nirman.The students and the Song and Drama Division of the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting organized an attractive cultural programme to entertain the participants.
