Campaign for 6th Phase polling for Bihar Assembly picks up after Chhat Puja

In Bihar, electioneering began today after a short gap due to Chhat Puja in the segments, where polling is slated on 20th of this month. Senior BJP leaders Sushma Swaraj and Ravi Shankar Prasad today addressed series of meetings at different segments from Rohtas, Kaimur and Buxar districts in favour of ruling NDA candidates. Former Prime Minister and JDS leader HD Deve Gowda also addressed election rallies at Buxar and Kaimur districts.AIR correspondent reports that after a short gap due to Chhat Puja, electioneering begun from today on large scale in the segments polling is slated on 20th of this month. RJD Chief Lalu Prasad Yadav and LJP President Ram Vilas Paswan are not campaigning for their alliance candidates from last three days due to festivity of Chhat Puja.
