The elections campaigning has concluded in Manipur on Saturday evening at four-o'clock and silence period has commenced for the first phase election. The voting for the first phase polls for the thirty-eight assembly constituencies of five electoral district will be held on Monday. Political parties has mounted heavy campaigning in the last day of campaign to woo the voters. Now the election officials has prepared to set up the polling stations including model polling stations in the thirty-eight assemblies constituencies in Manipur. More than twelve lakh nine thousand voters including one hundred and seventy five transgender voters is going to decide the fate of one hundred seventy-three candidates. These include eighteen Independent candidates and fifteen woman candidates which voting will be held on Monday. Voting will be held in one thousand seven hundred twenty-four polling stations including three auxiliary polling stations.
